Wrong. Getting a technical only puts your team farther behind. The calls are standard when you play Duke. If you haven't noticed that for years, you don't watch much BB.

Hard to complain about CCM at this point but what the hell. I guess that's just the way he coaches. I got sick of Pearl crying about every single call but I think you have to get in the refs ear at some point especially agaist a team like Duke that you know is going to get the calls.

Totally. Duke is a better team. This isn't a surprise. They are loaded with talent and as much as we hate to admit it, Coach K is a great coach. They play smart and hard. A good showing by us, but just way too many missed opportunities against a team as good as Duke. We'll get better though.

Wasn't able to catch the first half but if the officiating was anything like the final 10 minutes of the game, I don't even know how Tennessee was in it. Virtually given fouls for being on the court. Most were phantom and some were just good plays defensively but the refs would go ahead and blow the whistle in favor of Duke anyways. Didn't help that a few balls bounced back Duke's way after Tennessee should have rebound/stolen it but yeah... that was some pretty crappy officiating in the final 10 minutes from what I saw. God forbid the refs don't baby Coach K and Duke, wouldn't want that.
