Wouldn't hurt to check in with any medical staff that might be there. I'm assuming there's a station or something for emergencies. A friend of mine in 13-15 year old league (it was called Babe Ruth then) was running out a ground ball to first and the guy playing shortshop at the time was the other team's best pitcher and could hum it. He fumbled the ball then fired as hard as he could and it hit my friend in the back of the head with a helmet on. He stumbled and fell down but got right up. A minute later standing on the back he just dropped and started kind of babbling about going home. He ended up with a concussion.
