Agreed. I can appreciate an aggressive approach, but they knew he was going to swing at the first pitch and they gave him a high fastball. The pitcher was struggling to throw strikes and had just hit Ensley. Really needed to be patient.

Our plate discipline thus far is terrible , if the pitcher don’t have to throw a strike to get you out is why we’ve struggled against these junk ball lefties , pitching has to keep us in it
