The only problem with Dylan Crewes in the "modern" MLB is his power.

He's got the bat for a leadoff guy but does he have the speed?

I think he's awesome- don't get me wrong, but 5 tool he's not. Maybe only 4

He has the speed and gets great jumps on the ball which offsets any perceived lack of speed. He runs down a lot of balls in the gaps.

Have to break through and reward Beam. He's keeping the offense alive and they aren't doing anything for him. Hopefully this reliever runs out of gas and we find those mythic bad pitching unicorns LSU has in the bullpen.

I can’t follow your logic. A 4 run lead to overcome is a 4 run lead to overcome.

Point being, Vols haven't shown they can hit tonight to overcome a 1 run lead, if LSU packs a few more on then it could be all she wrote l. Beam is delivering a good performance, bats aren't pulling their weight. Maybe this inning they will put some on

People have said it’s too late in the season to switch up the lineup at this point, meanwhile LSU set Travinski from behind the plate tonight and went out with Milazzo. CScott is 4 for his last 33 right now; at some point the defense might have to take a backseat to some offensive production.

Completely agree about C Scott. I suggested earlier that Dreiling should be given a shot. Pretty much got shot down.
