The Official Tennessee vs. LSU Game Thread, 7:00pm ET, ESPN

We win this game if McRae has 20 or so points on less than 15 shots. The more efficient he is the better it is for us. Richardson has to continue to attack the basket.

One of my keys to the game and looks to be a constant trend.

McRae with 19 on 6/7 shooting and we get the win. Keep this up. Right now we are not a team you want to face.

Overall, we're now starting to play the way we should have been playing all year. We are shooting much better from outside and playing better D. Still need to finish better inside.

Would you rather Tennessee be 11-1, with 1 point overtime loss to LSU; or, Tennessee 10-4, with an 18 point win over LSU on the road?

I am personally starting to get comfortable with where TN is right now.

Very nice gentlemen!!!

Those pumping the we have turned the corner stance have a very good argument!!!

Very excited about what's to come!

Huh???

Isn't the answer obvious??

If our offense can keep playing smart, high % basketball, our D can carry us pretty far. Just gotta hope this keeps up.

Very solid game by all.. Great game, Very impressed. Need to work on getting out of that press, though.

Great game tonight gentlemen. This team looked in control very early and never let off the gas. Hitting 5 or 6 3's in a half doesn't hurt

11-1. This can't be serious.

I guess I am old school. Winning the conference - or at least, finishing near the top used to be important. An early road win was always a big deal in the past.

Anyway, this shows to me that we really are turning over a new leaf. I think it is a good sign for the rest of the season.

Stupid question. I'd rather be 11-1. I'd rather have not lost to a bad UTEP team and a very average NC St. Team at home. I also would have rather beaten a decent Xavier team an very good Witchita St. team on the road. We could overcome one OT road loss in conference, but you only get so many opportunities to impress the committee out of conference and we wasted most of ours except for UVA.

Josh Richardson is becoming a nice offensive player! That slash move to the basket for the layup was awesome. One of the most fundamentally sound performances on the road in a long time!

First off...

11 + 1= 12

10 + 4= 14

Secondly...

If we were 13-1 that would mean we beat Wichita St and Kansas on the finals of that tourney. We would be top 10 possibly top 5 right now, so...
