‘21 OmahaVols and the SugarVols my two favs.

The ‘21 OmahaVols have now surpassed the ‘18 BasketVols for me. I adore Grant Williams, Schofield, Bone, and Kyle Alexander, but the BaseVols now have their post-season success to back it up.

Still….two great Vols squads with some of the most lovable personalities to ever grace Rocky Top.

We’ve watched several. They’re pretty solid, good pitching, altho USF is hitting them. That TCU series was a good one

There have been many teams that come to mind in UT sports that were just very special with very likable players. The basketvols team you’re talking about (as well as the 07 team that made the S16), 07 LVs basketball (also 08 since it was Pat’s last FF/NC), 2013 LV softball. This team is definitely included in that group. They have been a bright spot in an otherwise very boring and uncertain time in UT athletics.

Nothing is easy from here on out. But Vandy has an easier path.
I’m not really scared of anyone on our side of the bracket. They are all struggling to put teams away. Number of games played affects that.

I applauded him postgame because for the most part he’s been a class act throughout his career and he’s had a hell of one. I most certainly booed his ass making a pitching change in the 9th down 8 runs.
