I agree, but the guards have to make sure they are giving him consistent looks. Also they should get the ball to him more often “quickly” after the screen. Sure it’s not open a ton and rarely open “long” but it is for a short period at least some in every game.....and they rarely get it to him “there.”

Yeah, no way James is good enough to play for the mighty Bucs... I bet he couldn't even walk on in Johnson City.

The motto for this team this season should be "scratchin and clawin"......I'll be ecstatic if this team can make the dance this season........I'm glad we're getting some of these young guys some experience before the influx of talent coming...

Disagree. He hasgreat Offensive skills and IQ. Will he ever be a good defender maybe not but if he can just be average then ok. Strength will get better and yes I believe he will redshirt next year.

On to Ga. I believe we will shoot better on the road. Can we find a W on the road again. Vanderbilt afterward without their best player. Would like to see a double road dip victories

They did shoot much better at Missouri. Maybe you're on to something there? They couldn't shoot much worse.

Last three of 4 games at home have not been good. So maybe they feel less pressure on road. We came into this year with amazing home victories over two years then Memphis happened. So yes feeling pressure to live up to past two teams.

Y’all can complain all you want but this team has no shooters and no real point guard. The fact that we have won 10 games at this point in the season is a minor miracle

Vescovi has always struggled with TOs. Just got worse since moving up. Having people thinking about being at the DQ when he passes it to them isn't going to help. Might help himself if he quits trying to dribble thru heavy traffic. James is almost as bad. Vescovi in 3 games has as many TOs as Pons and Bowden thru 15. that aint good.

How has he ruined ON? ON pretty much does nothing but turn the ball over when he's on the floor. He's a freshman and plays like one. Just hope he's more than another of the Barnes projects.

Vescovi needs to shoot more but it's going to take cutting off screens. I don't believe he has a jump shot that can he can shoot over a defender or create jump shots off the dribble. At least I haven't really seen that yet.
