I don't know but if it really is Cuonzo's system that is holding the guys back from playing their best basketball, that's a problem, esp. if he isn't adapting.

Good thing we have McRae. I'm worried for next year with this offense and no real fire power. It could be really bad.

Getting close myself. Can't take much more of this crap. We have superior athletes and should be up 20 at the half. This guy can't get it done, he is a great person and role model, but a division 1 coach he is not.

He's not a Wiggins. He's going to take a little time. I think there's usually a big difference in talent and skill of the top 6-8 five stars over the rest. I still say Martin's offense is the issue with Hubbs.

There's no reason the Vols couldn't run an offense similar to UTEP's. I think he's going to have to go to a real 3-4 guard lineup to stay with them in the 2nd half. As much as I like the bigs, I think he doesn't need to be playing Stokes and Mamon at the same time tonight.

Exactly. It's like the talent and potential are there but they are covered in a wet blanket.

Officially off the CCM train. This team continues to play with zero enthusiasm and once again, looks unprepared. With the talent on this team, we continue to look like a below average squad. I put this squarely on coaching. CCM just isn't a good motivator which is why we have the lackluster play from this team that we do.

Yeah I did... And I feel guilty saying that but it just seems to be getting worse and I just don't say those type of things are overreact usually but this basketball team is greatly greatly underachieving so far.... I hope Coach Martin wins a national championship but I have to say I am really becoming concerned at this point.....

about ready to say ill check back in on basketball mid Aug. seeing the same think I saw at the end of last year. it doesn't look like they want to be there

Agree. The way Maymon has been playing, he shouldn't be getting more than 15 minutes a game right now
