My sights were set bigger than the SEC but if you want to play that card, then yes we won a regular season title 08 or 09. Unfortunately that feels like light years ago.

A lot of people put me on ignore because I dared to speak the truth about this team and about coach Martin. Martin still appears mediocre to me. Coach Pearl was the best coach in Tennessee history. We will not have another coach like him in my lifetime. I watched TN for over 40 years and he is head and shoulders above the accomplishments of any other TN coach.

Its obvious you dont understand the admin at UT. They would shut down the basketball program before they admit to making a mistake in firing THE PEARL or Phil Fulmer.

I'm sure Martin is a great mentor and influence on many young men. But his coaching and style leaves much to be desired. UT fans are pretty good at letting their displeasure be known by leaving seats cold and empty at home games. I hope I'm wrong, but to this point there is little evidence this team will achieve anything more than last season. In fact, somehow, they have regressed.

I agree with IE95! I do not like what I am seeing from this coach and team! No excuse for losing that road game in Charlottesville...none!! I do not expect much more out of this team than what they did last year either. We lose to Wichita State tonight and this season is all but ova....bye bye CCM!!


HONOR THY VOLS...CHERISH THEM...
