This the last season? We're primed for the top pick. Do we reach for the top QB or go with Garrett? We've always sucked at trading down...so we'll most likely go that way.

Better get the top QB -- Cutler is gone after this season --his guaranteed money ends this season -- they suck at drafting QBs so who will it be ?

I think we can agree the ORGANIZATION sucks. Maybe offer Saban the chance to do a Belichick Lite?

It's crazy, they lose to several crummy teams but beat two of the best teams in the NFL.

If you go by records and recent history they were. Before last week you were hearing that the Viking defense was one for the ages. This is what sucks as a Bears fan (ok...one of MANY). When Cutler is on, they can beat most anybody (never NE, God hates me). When he hiccups and reverts to form, we easily lose to Cleveland. A decent GM and/or HC won't fix this...need a blood transfusion. Pats did it with Belichick...Broncos with Elway...Steelers have always had the Rooney's and that PITTSBURGH WAY...Giants with the Mara's et al. Need a soul! Haven't had one since Papa Bear Halas left the framework of the 85 Monsters of the Midway, and we ran that cruise control for awhile.

The Lions are 4-4 with losses to the Titans at home and the 2-6 Bears starting the backup QB. The Vikings D is legit; the offense is getting exposed as they have no O-Line.

They seemed to have reclaimed something out of Bradford...still waves better than the Ponders and Jacksons of the world. Agree with you about the D...posted that previously, but any defense that has a 38 year old DB as a key contributor is on tenuous ground.

Bears stuck with Cutler - since he has not been medically cleared they cant trade or release him
