No, according to nfl.com he's the 6th best RB available.

Britton is arguably the second best punter in the league behind Lechler. I'd rank him third behind Lechler and Dustin Colquitt. He was integral to the Broncos field position game last year.

AFC West probably has the best group of punters in the league. Dustin, Britton, Lechler, and Scifers. All 4 are great.

They've gotten a lot of practice over the years with the terrible QBs.

But I don't think it's a question when you have 3 of top punters in the league. And Lechler is in another tier from everybody else.
