I think this season’s success is going to sadly hinge on the health of AJ Russell. He looked electric against Texas Tech, but he clearly is fighting some soreness that tends to be a nagging injury all year once it gets started. Without him, we only have 2 real starters on this staff and a bunch of bullpen arms. Hard to win games like that. Hope he can heal up, because we desperately need his nasty stuff on the mound.
