Texas leaguer to short left center. Next batter after Chapman’s web gem at the wall. Think it was top of the sixth.I watched the game but don't remember ETSU getting a hit. They got on with a walk and an error, but no hit. The stat on the game said 0 Runs 0 Hits but the announcer kept saying a 1 hitter.
I know whenever I grew up it was a requirement to know how to bunt or you didn’t play. Whenever you play at a younger age kids tend to freak out and do not know entirely what to do with the ball when bunted to them which means they will more than likely make an error in that situation. Kids in college and MLB are a lot more athletic and have bigger arms so it’s less likely to get away with that stuff at the higher levels.I don’t think bunting is genetically inherited, but I could be wrong.
