The Official UT Vols vs USC Game Thread

Having the team ready to play falls squarely upon the shoulders of the coach. Tennessee was clearly not ready to play this game. It's like every player we have is waiting for someone else to do something - box out, drive the lane, get the rebound, etc.

The new Bruce Pearl commercial....

"Come to Tennessee, recruit good players, and let them do whatever the hell they want too. I be doing my business with First Tennessee. They know me on a first name basis because I nailed all their daughters".

Embarrassing effort so far. Tyler Smith has to get more involved. With the way USC plays, I don't know if we can comeback.

Was I supposed to rearrange the words to make this make sense? I like word games, but that's a bit much mid-game.

The guy posted that pearl doesnt care; was telling the team to keep the pace; and that he was just tanning and counting his money at halftime while sitting under the tanning bed and laughing

I called that stupid

My next question was arent we a pretty undersized team still (height wise)?....like if there's a big guy in the middle we cant get by it

A little over three months until the JP Prince Era is in the history books.

If that's true, then whose fault is that? These are all Pearl's recruits now. Ironically, his best success here was with Buzz's recruits. Go figure...

Fair enough on the first piece.

On the second, our team is big. We lack a post presence because we haven't recruited it and we don't dare ask our starting five man to venture near the block.
