For those saying feed the post that is hard to do against a zone. You can hit the post a number of ways but a direct feed isn't suggested.

1. High/low giving it the hi post to draw the middle man up leaving the low man to seal the outside man

2.hit the short corners forcing the outside man to step out allowing the post to seal

3. Penetrate and then you can dump or pitch back out
