Why aren't we talking about how IU has played no one and ND lost to an FCS team and then played no one. If people say well, they played who they were scheduled then, well, "it's nothing against the team, it's just your schedule turned out to be a sack of ****."

I’m pretty sure they took some serious flack yesterday for it.
It’s going to work itself out over the next 2 weeks. And the voices are only going to get louder. At the end of the day it’s about TV revenue and they won’t include someone who doesn’t drive revenue……even if they’re pandering to them right now.

Not sure I agree with that last part, and I say I'm not sure because I'm not sure and I can't argue it because I can't argue it. Lol.

And it's been exciting but I'm not so sure it's been more exciting than it would have been anyway. I know I wouldn't have been Rooting for Gaters, elephants, Dawgs and Kiffens bunch like I have and that alone is worth alot to me.

That said, none of it is important. So there's that.

I just want us to hang 100 on vandy so the usual suspects in the media will complain that we ran the score up.

I posted an article where the player said they watched tape and figured out certain things like if the left foot was in a certain spot they knew what they were gonna do. Wasn't anything shady at all, just doing their homework.

Yes. That’s the follow up spin.
The first thing he said was there were things the middle linebacker was doing that told them what pressure was coming. The problem is that is who had the mike in his helmet and he was calling the pressures. Those things they were watching were the signs.

The team that gets left out will really have nobody to blame but themselves.
If it’s us, we shouldn’t have lost to a average Arkansas
Bama lost to Vandy
Ole Miss lost to Kentucky at home.
Ect
I'm not complaining just sharing.

I don't have a single issue with us getting left out. We shat the bed at Arkansas and never looked great a full 60 minutes in any SEC game.

What I do have an issue with is those other teams outside the SEC above us.

Say what you want but (you as in general) but it's messed up.

Playing every week in the SEC is different. Just is.

I know.
I more or less was just saying…..
I’m not worried about it honestly. O think we win out and we’re in.
And I absolutely agree with you on this. Any measure of SOS proves the SEC is just different.
My take is that there is no perfect system. I like this one better that the last one. It is going to take so screw ups to improve it. Hopefully it doesn’t come at our expense……again. Like the 10 second run off rule.

We both know none of it is important. Things like what Gordy, Red, Tiffany etc...are going through is what is.

That said, in my football world I seriously hate this new system. Is it better for ratings, money, excitement blah blah blah? I guess.

But to be a little dramatic here, for me, I'm a Tennessee Volunteers football fan first. After that I'm a fan of the Gaters losing. Alabama losing. Georgia losing. Ohio state losing. In what world can you imagine wanting Ohio state to blow the doors off Indiana? Florida to blow the doors off Ole Miss?

Okay, its fair to say in the past I've wanted the gaters to beat Georgia to help us get to the SECCG, or Alabama to beat Florida to help us get to the SECCG. Obviously that's good because we were close enough for it to matter, but that was at most 1 time a year.

We've all become fans of Teams we hate most for several weeks.

I don't like it.
