The purpose of this thread was to identify the horrible job that Chavis is doing and has done. It seems I am the only one that thinks he is pathetic. Please....if anyone on here feels he is a good coach, please do speak up.

You don't seem to get that everybody has two eyes and is watching the same thing you are. We are all well aware of how bad the defense is playing.

I don't think he's a great coach. I also don't think getting rid of him will fix the team. Without the defenses Chavis has fielded I think Fulmer would have been gone long ago.

I thought Tennessee would win today's game going in because I figured they would out-talent Bama this year. I figured within 2-3 years Saban would be consistently beating Tennessee once he loaded up on talent. But he got a good start on beating up on the Vols in his first year. Maybe he'll get the itch to move again soon.

Seems to be a trend for Phil, most coaches do in the SEC
