1. Solid effort by Tennessee. That's how you deal with an outclassed opponent.
2. One would hope tonight puts a spotlight on this team's need to not settle for jumpshots. They aren't suddenly going to start making them.
3. As bad as the production and announcers are, Raycom's weakest link is obviously the research department. Brando and Dean are idiots for not recognizing the facts are wrong, but someone is feeding them the misinformation.
4. Maryland is like the villain in a B horror movie. They just won't go away.
5. Wake Forest's youth continues to show down the stretch. Their shot selection tonight was some of the worst I've seen all season.
6. Temple is making another great run in the A-10 tourney. At this rate, Fran Dunphy is going to petition to have the Owls' home games to Boardwalk Hall.
7. Baylor will be the least popular team in the country tomorrow. They win, a bubble bursts for someone.
8. Anyone who doubts who UNC's MVP is need only watch a replay of today's game. If Lawson isn't 100%, they have no shot in the NCAA Tournament.
9. Thus ends the Phillip Pearson Era. Despite tonight's utterly pathetic performance, he did himself proud in his time at the helm.
10. Tulsa deserves at large consideration. They are every bit as good as the gaggle of middle of the road SEC, Big 10, and Mountain West teams claiming they should receive a bid.

Is he going to be 100%? and even if he is, do you see UNC making the NC? I REALLY hope not, im so tired of their bandwagon fans tell me how bad UT is.

I'm trying to figure out how many teams the Association would have to expand to in order to make Mike Griffith's proclamation of Alonzo Gee as an "NBA player" accurate. Probably somewhere around 60.

Pearson was proba my poised to get a smalltime head gig, buy the lay down in the 2nd didn't help at all.

I was actually surprised to hear today during the VT/UNC game that Lawson was named the ACC Player of the Year.

High Point just fired Bart Lundy. That's actually not a bad gig. Pearson could do a whole lot worse than to start trying to climb the ladder there.

Duquesne up 6 at the half of the other A-10 semi. Bubble teams have to be wondering when they are going to catch a break in one of these conference tourneys.

Best of the night was when they called JP "an above average shooter"

Auburn seems like they have no idea what "shot selection" means, though I've missed about the last minute...your thoughts

Any success Auburn has had is the direct result of the fact the SEC stinks like sulfur mixed with vomit.
