You expect the Pope to hate Lutherans? Your expectations are pretty far from reality. In fact, the Catholic Church recognizes any Trinitarian Baptism and any Trinitarian Marriage; the same can rarely be said of Protestant sects.

You mean fawn all over her, avoid any criticism or question about her qualifications, turn any questioning of her past into a witch hunt accusation, rationalize away any question about her political or social ideals, let her get away with demagogury but not her opponents, talk about how good looking she is, let her get away with campaign slogans without real substance.... ?

The press enabled a complete incompetent with NO QUALIFICATIONS for the job to become President. That needs to be remembered so it cannot happen again.

There is no question that both Bush's had more "gravitas" than Obama. Both were qualified by their experience... neither was particularly good once they got the job.

Obama has been exactly what his resume should have told you... an incompetent in way over his head.

I agree with Bush I's "gravitas". Bush II was the product of a master political stategist in Rove, going back to his TX days. As for BO's "incompetence", what presidential benchmark(s) are you using to judge compentancy?

for the 3-6% who usually end up deciding our prez elections they might as well be. You are deluding yourself if you think the MSM "vetted" Obama. He couldn't have gotten a significant mgt job with any company with his resume. How do you become POTUS having never managed anything at all?

The same one you would use for a CEO that took over a company with a weak balance sheet, spent all the liquid capital, borrowed money the company could not pay back, expanded benefits in that condition, and refused to take responsibility for his own actions... well, that's where I'd start.

The comparison between the POTUS and a CEO is a misnomer. A CEO has much more autonomy and freedom of movement and does many things without constant speculation and skepticism from the public and foreign nations; the POTUS must, at every turn, compromise with a body as powerful as he is and does so in the public eyes.

That said, I am not stating that Obama is what I would consider a good POTUS; however, the topic is that Bachman' indoctrination to hatred should be made just as public as Obama's.

I didn't want to get into this because of the difficulty of communicating it and frequent mistrust but doctrinally opposing Rome is NOT hatred on the level of Black Liberation Theology... It isn't close. I highly doubt that her church at any point stated that they would not worship a God that didn't take their side against Catholics. I doubt they advocated stripping Catholics of their property rights and punishing current Catholics for past abuses.

I would challenge you to find anything close to being as radical as this: The Oppression of Black Liberation Theology

As usual, the MSM avoided the most damaging things it could have reported.

FTR, I have preached and taught extensively against Catholic doctrine... I harbor absolutely no hatred or ill-will against any Catholic person.

"Doctrinally opposing" is fundamentally different from labeling the Papacy the Anti-Christ.
