no i'm asking if the kid admitted he said this. wouldn't be the first time somone pissed someone off and played the racism card.

my guess is that it actually happened, but i can't see kicking a guy out of school because of one person's word.

No he shouldn't be kicked out of school but he shouldn't be such an idiot either. As for the black student, he needs to rise above that crap!! Vivian Lee faced more than that when she was first admitted into UA!! Let it go brother!!
