The Problems with Trans-ideology

You mean the schools that refused to accept them despite being better candidates than other applicants?

Lol who should they be upset at

Which other applicants? Harvard has 6.5% Black students and 25-35% legacy students and "affirmative action" is the problem for him lol. Might have gotten into more schools if he were brighter than that

Of course it is. The same guy that I originally referenced that you responded to. You just tried to point out he didn't get in because of grades.

Lord knows where the hell you got this from lol. Berkeley, one of the schools that rejected him, doesn't even have affirmative action

You seem to be intentionally avoiding the point (which is your style). If you exceed the credentials of other students who are accepted, should you be denied based on your ethnicity?

Saying he's not being denied based on his ethnicity is not avoiding the point, galaxy brain. Admissions aren't just SAT + GPA, I had A's and a 1570 and didn't get into every school either

Yet students from other ethnic groups are permitted with lower scores. Seems like he’s being denied due to his ethnicity. How is that not what’s happening

Then why did you reply to me in the first place with an article. LOLOLOLOLOL..
He’s pointing out Berkeley and their forced “race neutral” policy. Berkeley.

Using that to dismiss all his other claims at other institutions across the country that are not located in California.

Your edit made this even worse, lol. Correlation does not equal causation as most people learn in like 7th grade

"Other institutions" that are also largely SAT-blind or don't ask for them and have like 1% acceptance rates. This 18 year old is entitled as hell

You’re intentionally ignoring the question…if Asian are held to a higher standard than white students, how exactly is he not being denied due to his ethnicity?

For, what, the third time? Saying he's not being held to a higher standard is. not. avoiding. the. question. Lmao you may just be angry that your loaded questions are bad ones

Could your correlation-causation argument be used in your dismissal of the other institutions based only on Berkeley?

Absolutely, the fact that a 4.65/1590 Asian student didn't get into a school with a 4% acceptance rate while a 4.1/1510 Black student did is not proof of discrimination at any school you want to talk about. I know people have heard of college essays and interviews and extracurriculars before

So black and white students with lower scores are not being permitted in over this student?

My original point: THE SCOTUS is "expected" to overturn AA. The irony of an Asian American is not lost.

That's not proof of a "higher standard", that's proof admission isn't just 1600 = admitted, which everyone but you knew already

So if everything is even (community service, grades, etc), does an Asian student have to score higher than a white or black student to be admitted? The answer is obviously yes. Like the blm thing you’re lying here to protect a policy that you support.

"Obviously yes" yeah you've made such a convincing argument by just repeating the words "obvious" and "avoiding" (both incorrectly). I should trust the critical thinking skills of someone who can't fathom why someone with high scores gets rejected even from schools that don't have AA

Because avoiding the obvious is your style. Rather than saying the truth “they’re using subjective standards to meet their own equity initiative and I support that”, you hide and dance around the facts. It’s pathetic. To this point you’ve still not answered the question

Lol just to be clear are you denying this is happening or just that I’ve not proven it to your standard?
