i don't think UNC is ready for ACC title talk this year, regardless of who is the qb.
but hat, i agree, i think he's way ahead of schedule. the direction of the two programs are both positive. these two teams are the up and comers.
FSU is stuck in a rut, VA tech will likely be a solid program for a while, Clemson can't get out of it's way.
the door is open for thes two rise to the top. GT might be in that category as well.
