Maybe I am looking at the wrong list, but isn't James Stone (Maplewood - Nashville) ranked #36?

How did Smith drop so far when there wasn't any football played? Or was that scout that had him at like #10 or so?

Maybe Heaps hasn't been evaluated yet? Rivals comes up with the rankings by plugging in evaluations to arrive at the number (5.9, 6.0, etc.). They only have 5 QB's evaluated right now

Based on the film that's available through Rivals/Scout/YouTube, I'd take Jesse Scroggins over every QB in this first top-100. I say that with total confidence based on what's been made available for public viewing.

I'd be interested to hear more from his coaches and people in his community on his leadership skills and what kind of student he is---but on film alone, the scales tip to Scroggins.

i also noticed how few qbs had been evaluated. Maybe heaps will jump way up by the time it is updated. But sims is ranked, and i have always liked him. same HS as jerod askew, so that couldnt hurt
