The Roaming Rocky Top Gnome picture thread

New member of the family. Thanks for the inspiration.

I took this idea and implemented it into my classroom last year. I bought a Vol gnome and use it as a class mascot and my students ask to take it with them to places they visit. I have about ten different pictures on my classroom wall of students with my gnome. Obviously I can't show them but I want to share nonetheless.

I call it "Where the Gnome, Roams."

They've been to Orlando, London, the Appalachians and Time Square. Go Vols!

Picked this guy up at Walmart last night.

He's not ceramic but plastic. I figured he's lighter and less breakable for traveling that way, only $18.

I picked me one up on my way out of Knoxville today. I now have 5 different gnomes. 3 at home and 2 at work.

I'm about to open up bb training camp. By mid season I'll have them ready to run Kentucky off the floor.

My sister in Germany sent me new gnome. Not Vols but a good one for German soccer. Took it up to Knoxville last weekend.

This guy has been living with us for several years... right now he is on an extended camping/hiking trip outside. Waiting for him to say uncle and come back in, but his name is Jonesie, and he is stubborn.
