The Roger Stone Trial

Fair enough. I clicked on the Roger Stone thread and was unaware that you were talking about Michael Cohen. Doesn't mean that Roger Stone should be treated the way he was.
My apologies for there not being a Michael Cohen Thread? I guess?
OK.

No mention of the biased jury foreperson's Facebook account?
What excuse are you going to come up with for the other jurors? Roger Stone didn't do it because a juror had a facebook account and didn't like Trump. You're desperate and I want to know why you're so desperate to defend Roger Stone? Are you unable to think for yourself or do you think Stone is innocent?

Now, Stone is free of his gag order and he’s speaking out, love him, hate him, or indifferent.

In true Stone fashion, he says he regrets nothing. I’d think he might regret making threats, joking or not, to a witness in a criminal investigation, but I guess not. Regardless, Stone also points out that there’s never been any other proof put forth that anyone but Randy Credico was the course of his many Wikileaks tweets, which formed the basis for the left to claim he was somehow colluding with the Russians (even though Wikileaks is not Russia). The government made the case that Jerome Corsi was actually Stone’s source, though Corsi never testified and the actual evidence of that was scant.

Stone does make a good case for being singled out, as Credico himself threatened a witness and appeared to be doing it in a serious fashion. Later, Stone aired more grievances, including the financial burden he shouldered and the gag order that kept him from defending himself publicly throughout the ordeal.

But the biggest part of the above clip is when Stone describes a deal put forth by the proseuction in which they wanted him to “confess” to talking to Donald Trump about Wikileaks and the Russians. That was, of course, always the play here. As I said, Stone was only prosecuted because of his connections with Trump. They

wanted to “flip” him and get him to claim that the President was actually behind nefarious Russian collusion. Since that wasn’t true, Stone refused the deal despite being offered a recommendation of no jail time.

It doesn't mean jack diddly squat unless someone hangs by the neck for all of this.

I'm so tired of seeing all of this teasing and riddle solving that is going on with these serious allegations. Put up or shut up time.

It’s all Washington theatre. Nobody will be held accountable.

Trust me. A pardon of a criminal buddy while many of those protesting peacefully are being beaten and gassed. Yeah, that won't play well.
Yeah those are really peaceful people. I don't care how it will go over, those of you who praise antifa and hate Trump will hate him no matter what so no better way than to give you all the middle finger again

Trump on Possible Roger Stone Pardon: ‘His Prayer May Be Answered’

Thursday on WRKO’s “The Howie Carr Show,” President Donald Trump said he was considering a commutation or pardon for his longtime friend Roger Stone.

During a case stemming from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation Stone was convicted of making false statements and witness tampering.

Carr asked, “Roger Stone, he quoted today as saying he’s praying for a c or pardon from you. He has to report to prison. He’s been ordered by the BOP to report to prison next Tuesday. Are you going to do anything for Roger Stone? He was framed. I mean, talk about a witch hunt.”

Trump said, “He was framed. He was treated horribly. He was treated so badly. He had a foreman or a foreperson who should not have been there. How that trial wasn’t redone is incredible. He was treated very badly. Well, if you say he is praying his prayer may be answered. Let’s find out what happens.”

Stone is scum. Makes perfect sense that he is Trump's buddy.
