We have a needed break in Citadel this weekend. It will hurt us some in strength of schedule, obviously, but it will give us a little time to heal up before FSU, which we should beat and get some schedule points, enough that if we can beat Alabama then I think we are in.

Whenever I try to figure out the Big 12, my head hurts and so I guess we have to say that anything is possible right now. I suspect that if it came down to it the voters would try hard to prevent a Big 12 champ from playing a Big 12 runner up. Its possible, but if Florida has only the one loss and beats 'bama, then I don't see it happening.

I think most folks agree that Florida will run away with the game. Probably no need to play it. But, since it's on the schedule now and folks have tickets, we might as well go through the motions.

Assuming Bama is undefeated and Florida has only the Ole Miss loss (how the heck did they manage that anyway?), whichever team wins the SECCG is a shoo-in for the BCS championship game. Hopefully the NC can stay in the SEC.

At the start of the season few Bama fans seriously thought we'd be 11-0 and a SEC-championship contender. Bama is playing with house money and a bring-your-lunchpail approach to each game.

Did Eric Berry stop Julio during their matchup? NO Jones had 7 catches for 120 yards I believe, SO no Eric Berry didn't stop Julio Jones.
