Hinrich made the US National team. That is one of twelve spots, which I think you have to sort of call elite.

There are whole bunch of guys who have suited up for Team USA in the last 10 years who aren't within screaming distance of being elite players.

If you're saying Jamal Crawford is a point guard, I can safely assume you've never watched him play a minute in the NBA.

That is actually a correct statement. I do not recall having ever seen Jamal Crawford play a single minute in the NBA.

However:
1) As I indicated previously, I simply listed the players classified in the pg position when drafted. I disclaimed that it was never meant to be a list of "true" point guards.
2) FWIW, Jamal Crawford is eligible to play PG in my fantasy league. Brandon Roy and Jason Terry are also point-guard eligible. This is a standard yahoo league.

Anyone who classified Crawford as a point guard for the purpose of the NBA Draft needs to take up watching cricket.
