OMG. I never heard this streak mentioned once on sports radio and I listen three hours a day. Thank god I am not within range of Nashville radio anymore. Vandy seems to have no concept of how irrelevant they are in the SEC.

Vandy mens basketball has made the Elite-Eight once in history, and that was 46 years ago. And you know the history of their other sports programs. Outside the state of TN Vandy sports means NOTHING!

Keep changing the argument and eventually you might have a point. It is a tough sell to color a program that keeps finishing above us as irrelevant.

I'd also guess that outside the state of TN, UT sports has a much smaller relevance to the sports world right now than you believe.

I believe the streak almost ended a couple of years ago in Knoxville. ESPN was mentioning it a lot during that game. That is all I ever heard of it besides a few passing mentions.
