The Supreme Court of the United States Thread

Look, I like big tits just as much as anyone, but why do you need a picture of her boobs busting out her bra to recognize her charitable work? It's not exactly my style, but, to each his own.

The mere fact that you think there is such a thing as "slut culture," meaning you have a special denigration for women who are sexually active as opposed to men, who are (I guess in your mind) just sexually active but don't deserve a name for it, speaks to your value system, sir.

There, refuted.
I really don't think that you like big tits as much as anyone, therefore I choose not to believe anything that you say.

Um, no. There's a big difference between sexually active and sexually promiscuous. Second, biology dictates that women will pay the price for reckless sexual behavior for two reasons:

1) It shows on them in the form of pregnancy; and
2) Women control sex. They are the absolute 100% gatekeeper of sexual activity. Men cannot be sexually active without female consent. That's commonly referred to as a double standard, but that's just the way it is. The only way for men to be "players" is for women to be whores.

The slut culture is the element of the Left and, in particular, feminists who convey the message that it's okay to be a sexually promiscuous. And if you don't like the product of your activity, you can force someone else to pay for it through contraception, abortion, or more tax dollars to the drug companies trying to alleviate the symptoms of herpes.

Those of us with healthy minds understand the proper role of sex in human relationships with the significant other. We know what it means to bond with one individual. There are many men (dogs and pigs) and women (sluts and whores) who don't bond properly with another individual. Sexual promiscuity is just another symptom in the long list of psychosexual disorders that manifests itself in the inability to form strong emotional and physical bonds. That's why plenty of women will let a guy they've know for a drunken 2 hours while forgetting his name stick his **** in her.

That attitude leads to out-of-wedlock births, fatherless homes, proliferation of diseases, and destructive communities.

I stopped reading after your second sentence.

Misogyny may be your thing, but it's not mine. Good day to you, big boobs.

That's Ms. Lucy Pinder. She's a prominent philanthropist, working with organizations to help wounded British veterans and save wild tigers. She has no sexually transmitted diseases, no bastard children, and doesn't receive a welfare check.

My avatar does not change the fact that liberals are the biggest promoters of slut culture. I stand by that statement.

In sum, you and Prissy call me crazy or attack my avatar. I'd like to hear either of you refute facts.

Just realize you're not really getting to libs until they resort to personal attacks.

This issue isn't really about who is better suited to raise kids or what the reasons for marriage are, or societal chaos, etc. even though I agree with most of those things- it is about the Constitution and how it should be defined. Nothing else.

Sometimes you need to speak the language of hate in order for hate machines to understand you.

When it's their only language of communication, you have to find some sort of common ground.

From there, everything is up for grabs, admittedly.

While I agree with almost everything he has said and, I don't see any hate, however, I disagree with him that any of these are the issues in this case. It is only about the 10th and 14th amendments and what they mean. Nothing else.

That's par for the course. Calling someone a misogynist, bigot, homophobe, and racist is much easier than debate.

Well, what are you then? A defender of freedom?

You need a little more ego-massaging, like the majority of our social conservative posters on here?

Like picking on women who have sex, do you? Like picking on poor, single mothers, do you? Like, picking on...

Actually, I'm just going to stop.

For the most part, yes, you look like all those things. Because you are all those things.

Stop playing the persecuted, whiny conservative card.

I swear, some of you guys have made that into an artform.

You must have learned it from your idol, Al Sharpton.

Ah, the true colors of a liberal statist. You actually proved GG's point with that little tantrum.

Those in the majority can suffer persecution just as easily as those in the minority, as we have seen in recent events in Indiana.

Conservatives are not racist, homophobic, bigots, etc. (these traits are found far more often in liberals, by the way), we simply believe that the sovereign states have a constitutional right to govern themselves and should not have law forced upon them by an out of control judiciary.

Regardless of what decision the supreme court reaches in this case, the losing side will claim that 5 or 6 justices imposed law upon the entire nation. And regardless of which group loses, they would be correct. This is not the republic established by our founders. These cases should have been dismissed in District Court, much less make it all of the way to the supreme court, and should be decided by the several states.

Now that's a low blow and completely unnecessary. :realmad:

Since, statistically, teen pregnancy and birth rates tend to be higher among social conservatives, demonstrating sexual irresponsibility (and placing massive burdens on our coffers with entitlement spending to accommodate such poor planning), I think the SCOTUS should soon have a ruling on whether or not social conservatives should be allowed to continue marrying.

Such lack of sexual responsibility demonstrates clearly that social conservative marriage will also lead to the desire for people to marry animals and/or children.

This is the source you cite to refute my claims, after I cited another one to further support my claims?

You social conservatives, god, how you love the govt. when you expect it does your bidding.

No, nothing here to see.

My only guess as to why you thought this controverted my claims is that Hispanics and Blacks have higher pregnancy and birth rates.

Let me remind you that I said "social conservatives." While Hispanics and Blacks may not vote Republican as a large base, they're every bit, generally speaking, as socially conservative as you guys when it comes to religion, sex, and homosexuality.

If you keep trying harder, you might just win. They told me that in grade school once.
