Today is my moms birthday, made her a cake last night. Going to Charleston with it and picking my sister up from the airport. She has no idea we are coming, can't wait!

I've done similar. Showed up at moms at 6am in the middle of the week. ( she lives 10 hours from me) the look on her face is priceless.

Little shopping this morning. Then house cleaning. Then football. Good day. Son wants me to make egg rolls again. And Jambalaya. lol

Yeah, but nothing really to look forward to since UT isn't playing.

Kids have unique tastes lol. Never would have put jambalaya and egg rolls together in my life.

Co-workers. One is a dawg fan and the other a tiger fan. Both gave me crap this year and one is losing today. Good day. :)

And the weird thing about the egg rolls is he wants them exactly like last time...with tofu.

Eating healthy, that should make Mom happy.

But then again, with them being fried (assuming you fry them) the oil tends to counter the health factor lol

Yup.

Shopping is the only bad part of the day. I hate it. That's why we're getting it over with first.

I'm a guy, so grocery shopping with me is always fun. I have a list with the same seven items on it every time and end up hitting every aisle in the grocery store no matter what. :)
