there was on in sachenhausen (Frankfort) we went to every weekend

I miss Irish and English Nannies, and single DOD teachers

Oh, don't get me wrong, they absolutely do. And Europeans in general are light years ahead of Americans when it comes to beers. It's a scientific art form over there.

Working tomorrow and Tuesday. Glad my boss told me to take off Friday, that was nice.

This is actually one of my favorite times of the year. I enjoy every second of it. Once New Year's Day is over, it's back to normal.

So tonight I'm making ham & potato soup for dinner (thank you God for the cold weather!). Then later with the tree lit and a fire in the fireplace, popcorn in Tony's popcorn popper and a good movie. Perfect evening.
