I thought you might have just gone for it. We've used the blueberry muffin mix for pancakes, turns out good actually.

Mortgage loan has been approved pending us signing one document we skipped over on accident and appraisal. :clapping: Inspections rescheduled for Monday. Moving right along!

Not too shabby. Just getting ready to go sign a couple of deals then probably go work on the golf game. I think that is a solid plan.

Always hated playing golf this time of year. The fairways are nice for good drives, but the ball just doesn't roll right on the rest of the dead grass and greens.

You know why they call it golf, right?

Have to love my rental company. They mailed out on Tuesday (received yesterday) a notice that our lease was ending in April, and we have to give them 45 day notice of our intent...which is tomorrow. They can take their upping rental rate and shove it!

put your response on the company letterhead, and threaten to sue and it will carry much more weight
