Comp time is a great thing especially for a state job. I can take comp time on my regular work shift and sign up for an overtime assignment, during my regular hours, and get paid overtime!

HA!

Nice. I do not get overtime and my comp time maxes out at three weeks per year. Still not bad. I used to get salary with no incentive bonuses and no comp time. I'd get so PO'd if I had to work weekends or late night becasue I felt like I was working for free. Sometimes it's hard to remember that a salary covers more than the 37.5 hour work week.

Alright enough about overtime and weekend work.

I'm off this weekend and its going to be gorgeous weather! TGIF!!!!

Luckily my company lets me work from home. So I get to sit here and work dressing however I want. Forget casual Friday...it's casual everyday.

I think it is interesting that we can go 5-6 this year and lots of people are still jealous of us...says something about the overall program and the overall mystique of THE VOLS!
