Nice. I do not get overtime and my comp time maxes out at three weeks per year. Still not bad. I used to get salary with no incentive bonuses and no comp time. I'd get so PO'd if I had to work weekends or late night becasue I felt like I was working for free. Sometimes it's hard to remember that a salary covers more than the 37.5 hour work week.(OrangeEmpire @ Jan 27 said:Comp time is a great thing especially for a state job.
