Alasaka and Maddie vs Audra
I don't know why Blake had the duo split up during the battle round and sing their own lines, that made no sense at all. I felt like I was having to chose between 3 people. That said, I think there was some serious competition between that duo of girls during the rehearsals. They did not feel like a true duo. I'm glad Blake picked Audra, I think it was the smart move.

Music Box vs Deja
Deja was the clear winner for that round for me. I don't know why Usher stole Music Box because she honestly wasn't that great and the name alone is annoying.

Dawn and Hawkes vs Josh
The clear winner for me in that round was Josh. He just has a very unique tone and very much held his own. The Dawn and Hawkes duo just sounded ok to me. I think Adam made a HUGE mistake in picking the duo. I LOVED the last minute save by Shakira. I literally cheered in surprise at the tv. That was awesome and she made a great choice.

Bria vs Tess
No doubt Bria had a fantastic blind audition but in this battle I honestly think Tess took it. Bria has too much vibrato but that's just me being nit picky. What is weird and I don't if anyone else hears it but certain times when Tess sings the very end of a line she sounds just like Christina for a second. I love that Blake stole Tess and she's still in it. I think she'll go far.

I evidently missed the first pairing.

I thought music box won by a wide margin. Her name is annoying but she has a very d trying voice.

I thought Josh won his pairing. I am not impressed with Dawn and Hawkers.

I think Tess won her pairing. I think Blake and Shakira used their steals wisely.

Music Box has a strong voice but I thought she was pitchy at times and several times it felt like she was forcing the notes and over singing, jmo. That's not to say Deja has some issues to work on. The first being her posture because she hunches over like she's got Scoliosis. I know that's from her being young and nervous though.

I definitely think they used their steals wisely too.

Bria is the best in this whole competition. I think you were swayed by the hotness of Tess.

Bria is good but I wouldn't call her the best in the competition. Tess IS hot but I too think she was the winner of that round vocally and visually:).

I don't know who is the best in the competition. All the singers I have heard are very talented. Bria is good , I think Tess did a better job last night. Dawn and Hawkes are my least favorite thus far in the competition.

What I've really enjoyed about this season so far is understanding a little bit better why artists are paired like they are.

I have also noticed a little more technical comments in regard to the coaching. That's probably an editing thing.

The mic cutting off on Kristen Merlin was bad but she sounded really good. Reminded me a little of Allison Krauss. Bria Kelly's version of Rolling in the deep was just bad. I like Christina Grimmie and parts of her performance were really good while other parts it seemed like she screamed the song.

I don't think Dani or TJ really ever connected with the audience for whatever reason.

Well, Josh won but it sounds like Adam is giving Christina a contract regardless. Good for her and hope Adam follows through!

One final comment about the show.

When they were telling the final three to pick out a car, and Jake said he was picking one out for his grandma, because she helped him get his first car, I thought it was about the sweetest thing I'd ever seen. God love him.

Hahaha! This comment I usually hear in reference to people of a more simple nature.

I'm not even sure Jake knew he was being funny when he actually was.

The auditions of AGT are great, I have a fondness of really strange people. Plus I like the variety that show brings. I miss ABDC.
