If you look at the AP, they are very close as a whole.

Pretty good for 21 "average" college football fans.

I personally think that since Michigan was able to do what they did to Notre Dame, and then how well they played at Minnesota this week, while USC and Auburn struggled, that Michigan deserved number 2 on my ballot. When I vote, I vote with added weight to more recent games.

I think the only team they don't deserve to be ahead of is Texas, and they are only ONE VOTE ahead of the Longhorns.

On a Tennessee site, that's pretty good.

I didn't think Georgia should be ahead of the Vols on ANY poll, but they were. One person even had the Dawgs 6th. I told him I couldn't wait to see his poll next week!

Who has Texas beaten that is better than Cal?

I've contended all year that Texas is overrated, still riding their success from last year. The only game they've played against anyone other than a Sam Houston State was against Ohio State, and they weren't even competitive in that game. I like Oklahoma to beat them straight up this weekend.

Love the top 25 although I was surprised we ranked georgia that low...not that I think they deserve to be much higher, but I just didn't think it would happen.

Almost looks like my poll... had Florida up at 3, USC down at 5, UT at 10... but then I had Notre Dame (I think) and Florida state in the 23-25 range. Was also one of the (very) few that gave Alabama some love.

I think that everyone's picks should be made public. You should be held accountable for your actions. Also, did anyone vote Duke #25.

I take personal responsibility, it was me. (DEFENSE, DEFENSE, DEFENSE)
However, I hope this puts the jinx on them.

:dunno: Since I have come out publicly, I ask you only ridicule me, but not ban me from future polls.

Here is mine. I placed Georgia above UT because they are undefeated at this point...and I'd rather UT be the lower ranked team going in, just looking for some good mojo.

Not bad, but I think we were ranked too high.

Am I the only one that sees Iowa as overrated as they are?
