Air Force in the top 25 that isn't that far fetched. If they run that Mountain West table and beat ND, they'll be there.

Yep, I'll do it every week until they decide to play some real football. I've been extremelly underwhelmed with the pac 10 this year.

Who have West Virginia, LSU, or Georgia beaten that is anywhere near as good as Nebraska?

Yeah, SC has played a pretty good Nebraska team and beat the doo out of an Arky team that was supposed to be pretty stout, seems like someone has an agenda.

you're telling me losing by 3 to auburn doesn't count as something?? Why is nebraska good?? they beat kansas by less than 10. big deal.

LSU hasn't beaten anybody of note. NOBODY. Yeah, the close loss is great, and puts them squarely ahead of every other 1 loss team (and even some cupcake undefeateds). However, USC has beaten one good team in Nebraska, and a solid Arkansas team. And Washington State will be a bowl team.

It's obvious you can't do it without bias, which is okay, its your poll. I just want to ask questions.

Is bias really a problem? I don't think so. I'm not trying to be a pain but the same goes for boise state...undefeated they don't rank as high as a 1 loss lsu team who plays auburn close.

That's because it's Boise Freaking State. They play no good teams and amass the longest winning streak in the nation, then get drilled by 5 TDs when they play Georgia. They are not in the same class as LSU or USC. Not even close. If there were a mercy rule in place for NCAA football, that is how a game with any of the top 10 teams in the country versus Boise would end. That's not bias, it is realism.

As kpt pointed out, USC isn't Boise State. Nebraska is a better team than anyone LSU has beaten ... by a long shot. If LSU had a quality win, I'd certainly think about them being ahead of USC. And yes, bias is a problem (not to a big degree, because its only a top 25 poll from fans), but I would assume you'd want to have a nice argument for LSU being ahead of an undefeated USC team.

What's funny is that I actually find it more appalling that you have WVU and UGA ahead of USC. :)

Guys, I would appreciate this not turn into a bash session.

Let people pick whom they want to pick, and don't attack them for it. You're gonna run people off and then three people will be sending me their Top 25, and we'll have to quit doing it all together.

I would suggest no one release their own picks, but I will say I find it funny that the people attacking the one guy that did, didn't post their own Top 25's for others to chime in on.

I am glad to see Georgia Tech over Virgina Tech. The other polls couldn't get that one right. How do you take somebody to the wood shed and still be ranked below them?

Thanks for the concern but I think that this is the fun of it. I didn't feel bashed...it's a fan poll.

I agree that USC is better than Boise state...but neither one has much competition on their conference. I have a feeling that UGA is going to drop pretty far in my poll next week anyway.
