Yeah. It's especially surprising considering he was on their panel at Comic Con over the weekend.

The trailer for season 2 looks amazing so I will definitely be watching.

I'm sure they will find someone that will do a good job. AMC knows TWD is a huge hit for them...

Glen Mazzara(The Shield) was his number two on TWD and it appears that he may take over Darabont's role. If that is the case then I have no worries at all.

Is it me, or does it feel like it's taking forever for the new season to get here???

New season starts a week from Sunday.

Now this is strange; I got a notice 2 days ago on Twitter that the first season was available on Netflix Instant. I jumped on Netflix on my laptop and sure enough it was there. I go back later in the day to watch and it's no longer instant, and says it will be "streaming soon". Now I check it today and it says not even the DVDs are available.

Watched the entire 1st season on demand this weekend. Thought it was pretty good. Guess I'll watch the 2nd season.

Season 2 premiere a week from tonight. Next Sunday afternoon they are showing a first season marathon.

For those that haven't watched the Webisodes, they are the backstory of the "Bicycle Girl" zombie Rick runs across in the first episode when he finds the bicycle and later goes back and shoots.
