The way we lost! BVS is raging!

Not feeling great. Heupel trying to park the bus all year is going to lose us 4 or 5.

You guys are hilarious with your 45-10 predictions that rarely if ever come true and then complain when they don’t. We were always going to be a 9-3 type team this year but the play calling has to improve and so does the pass game. The decision to put two injured receivers in the last series was dumb because Arkansas knew they weren’t getting the ball which limits the field

We’re way overrated. We blew out 3 nobody’s and haven’t looked good since
It's really a shame that the ratings come out when the vast majority of P5 teams play cupcakes in the first 3-4 weeks. This is the week they should com out for the first time. But hey, Vegas drives the world.

It’s starting to be a trend

I hate Saban but his rat poison analogy is correct. Happened to Bama too. Come into a game a multiple score favorite and think you’ve got it won before you even get on the plane. But what if the other team wants it more? Well, we saw the result twice today.

Foot off the gas and Arkansas flat out wanted it more. Give them credit. Once we knocked out Green Heupel thought it was in the bag and played keepaway. Came back to bite him hard. Hopefully he learned a lesson.
Actually, he had them in the bag and the roughing the kicker call end up saving them. Very stupid to hit the kicker when all you need is possession.

Unfortunately I think it’s more than that. What you said is definitely true, but given these past 2 games I think we have some bigger personnel/coaching issues.

Paper tiger. Heup got outcoached and out schemes. No adjustments just an all around piss poor game

What really sucks is we let them score. They would’ve had to kick a game winner with a backup kicker. I’d have way more faith in the defense getting a block or the kicker missing the try than rely on an offense that didnt do jack squat tonight.

I was in the same boat as you until they got the ball down to the 15 yard line. At that point even some fans could make the kick. It was the right call, unfortunately trying to turn it on and decide that you want to spread the field with 1:17 left is too little too late.

Our offense cannot score against a team with a pulse.

Bad penalties have seemed like the M.O. from Heupel since he got here. And this program specializes in no-shows and making back-up QBs into heroes.

Just not much more to say. There’s still more big games left to play. Just haven’t seen much to make me confident we’ll get it done when there’s a lot on the line.

It’s a shame because we didn’t even try and stretch the field. OU gave everyone the blueprint on how to stop us unless we let Nico sling it some more. If we’re just going to run and dink and doink down the field every team will be more than happy to load the box and force us to beat them through the air .

Something is wrong. We were told the offensive playbook would be open yet have continued to play vanilla since opening day. The OL can’t block and Nico holds onto the ball too long. These Vols looked like teams of TN past tonight.
