It’s a shame because we didn’t even try and stretch the field. OU gave everyone the blueprint on how to stop us unless we let Nico sling it some more. If we’re just going to run and dink and doink down the field every team will be more than happy to load the box and force us to beat them through the air .

Our oline struggles with physical lines on the road so badly. Been going on since last year’s Florida game. Heard needs to get to work if he’s that worried about his draft stock cause an NFL team is not touching him at LT if he’s keeps playing like this. Our offense can improve a lot if the tackles start playing better. Receivers gotta step up too. Only one playing well is Thorton and he only gets the ball 2-3 times a game. Mike Matthews needs more snaps with the injuries we have right now.

What really sucks is we let them score. They would’ve had to kick a game winner with a backup kicker. I’d have way more faith in the defense getting a block or the kicker missing the try than rely on an offense that didnt do jack squat tonight.

Yeah, I've never been a fan of "let'em score", it sends a piss poor message to your team and way too many things can go wrong with a kick.

Foot off the gas and Arkansas flat out wanted it more. Give them credit. Once we knocked out Green Heupel thought it was in the bag and played keepaway. Came back to bite him hard. Hopefully he learned a lesson.

Not feeling great. Heupel trying to park the bus all year is going to lose us 4 or 5.

Yeah, I just can’t understand what this very limited scheme of play calls is all about. Nico needs more development, but we haven’t seen much in the way of quick slants, wheel routes or using our TE’s. We’ve gone completely away from the offense we were running in 2022.

Actually, he had them in the bag and the roughing the kicker call end up saving them. Very stupid to hit the kicker when all you need is possession.

That penalty changed the whole game , Arkansas had zero momentum at that point . Heupel wore his defense out in the end
