I do this everyday. I have a fear of someone breaking in, and check them constantly.

I do this with my garage door. I forget if I lowered it. I have to drive back to check. 99% of the time it's shut.

When it comes to volume I have to have it ending with an even number, a 0, or a 5. Actually it doesn't really matter if it's volume or anything else it has to be an even number, a 0, or a 5. I have no idea why but I don't like odd numbers. For example if I walk into a friends house and the volume is on an odd number I have to change it or it drives me nuts. However if it's on an odd number and I didn't know it then it'd be fine. Soon as I see it though I immediately have to change it. TV channels are ok on odd numbers because I have no control over it.

Girl I go to school with HAS to have an even numbered whatever. Whether it's numbered seating for tests, test booklets, volume, it HAS to be even. Makes no sense to me, but people are different.
