I flush the toilets at work twice before I use it. Each time I walk to the other side of the room and cover my nose and mouth with my shirt until I feel the air is settled.

Probably don't help,but it makes me feel better

I am not dyslexic but I read words all mixed up in a sentence. I often read the last word first. I stayed with a friend this wknd and he had Hair/Body soap and I asked him why he had soap for Body hair. I misread that label several times.
When I try to quickly write notes I will later see that I rarely include the last letters of words. I've been told that I have many indicators that I'm likely adult ADHD so I wonder if this is the culprit somehow.

One i forgot about. ..i pick tape residue off things. If there is left over tape on a table or wall and I'm there any amount of time, I'll pick it clean. I don't notice but it drives my wife crazy.

I collect coins that I find on the ground or anywhere else. If I see a coin, I have to pick it up. I have a huge collection of them. Not including change that I get from buying things, just ones that I find.
I'm extremely afraid of spiders, and bugs and insects in general. And I won't kill any. If I see them I either let them disappear or catch them and let them out.

I do not get the hiccups. Last time I can remember having a case was when I was in high school. 30+ years ago.

Oh, I understand. I've been praying like that and mymind will wander. Our flesh and spirit are always contrary to each other.

I just talk. Kind of like chat. Don't go through the whole process of closing my eyes, kneeling, clasping hands or anything like that. Basically its like I have a conversation in my head. Even at meals. I feel awkward doing the whole stereotyped process.

And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don't know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. And the Father who knows all hearts knows what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers in harmoy with God's own will. (Romans 8:26-27)

Probably already said this, but waiting. I have to be the last one ready. Once in ready to go then it's time. I'll go sit in the car and wait before I could handle sitting around inside waiting.

I'm claustrophobic. Not to the point of panic or hyperventilating but I cannot think about anything but escape when in a confining space. I'm talking about elevators or small rooms. It's generally when I feel pinned down or trapped. For instance, I cannot zip a sleeping bag all the way up and I won't go down water slides that are covered tubes.

If you are anything like my wife, or any woman I've ever know for that matter, then this should never be a problem.

Unless waiting on another woman of course 😛
