I will say this, though, more defense spending = more money for me. Yay military industrial complex.

The world absolutely will not end, but I've come to the conclusion that any party that has simultaneous control of the legislature and executive branches is a problem for our country. The Bush 6 year disaster has probably changed my future voting patterns in that I'll vote opposite the party with congressional control, and I'm serious.

Not in any way shape or form. Any man who despises and mistreats veterans is a piece of amphibian $hit.

That is why I did not vote for Kerry.

Looking back, I struggle with the Bush/Gore decision.

I am a bit embarrassed it has taken me this long to be a smart ass, but is "baited breath" something you get if you get the coolers confused on your fishing outing.

I would have felt a lot better if the R's would have acted like they did in '94 under Bush. They started depnding like drunkedn sailors and basicallys there was no difference between them and the D's, and that's what cost them in '06. I'm not sure they've learned their lesson.

I won't go into the USS Forrestal (I dont know what to think of that) But his treatment of Ms. Alfond, the chairwoman of the National Alliance of POW/MIA Families doesnt sit well with alot of Vietnam vets

My heart goes out to that generation that served throughout that war.

This country ought to be ashamed of how they treat them!

I've yet to hear a satisfactory answer about how Bush could be so stupid and yet act like an evil genius about so many things.
