[1] who was that good looking blonde that came out with the other 2 girls? This happened right after Assupp won with an arm bar.

The blonde girl is Mandy Rose, this was only her 2nd week on Raw, she's been in developmental for a while. The guy you're asking about is Finn Balor, one of the best wrestlers in the world right now.

1. I think that is Mandi.

2. That's Finn Balor. It depends on who you ask on whether he's a major star or not. Hardcore Independent Wrestling fans are very high on him, while Casual WWE fans aren't so much.
