I could see Brock as a surprise entrant in the Rumble. He hasn't been around since SummerSlam so it would be a nice surprise. The more I think about it,and with Punk being back,I could see AJ Lee as a surprise entrant in the Women's match for a one off type deal.Does Brock Lesnar show up at the Royal Rumble or the next night on Raw?
Would like to see her and Statlander or Jamie Hayter go at it!I could see Brock as a surprise entrant in the Rumble. He hasn't been around since SummerSlam so it would be a nice surprise. Kamille would be a big get for AEW. She could easily inserted into the title picture at any point. I thought it was her at Hard to Kill when a blonde came out of the limo. Of course it was Dana Brooke....
Finally getting around to Impact. My DVR didn't record it and it wasn't popping up on demand. Then I realized I needed to switch everything to record TNA instead of Impact Wrestling. It has a new listing after the name change. DohI never got around to playing it myself. I like the WWE 2K games for the most part. I usually only play universe mode to book my own shows and wrestlers. I might check out Fight Forever eventually if they add some stuff to it.
Man,what a first show back for TNA from pretty much start to finish. Xia Brookside and Tasha Steelz had a good match to start. They seem to be focusing on the new young talent which they have a lot of in the Knockouts division.
Pardon the pun,but Jake Something really is something and I could see him getting a big push soon as a homegrown talent.
It looks like Nemeths first challenge is Steve Maclin as he said he's going to earn a title match.
I saw that Okada is going to be joining the Motor City Machine Guns in a 6 man tag next week which is really cool. Jordynne Grace is facing Trinity in a rematch next week as well.
Ospreay/Alexander 2 was a great match. Both guys have great chemistry in the ring. A good match to check out. Scott D'amore cut an intense promo stating TNA is back. With this show,I'll look forward to this show on a weekly basis.
Totally agree on Riccaboni. I could do without Kevin Kelly for several reasons. Riccaboni should be the play by play guy for Collision. Excalibur for Dynamite. Schiavone for Rampage. Let the other guys be the color and analysts.Good Rampage.
I'd like to see Riccaboni at the desk full time. JR has to be nearing retirement and Tony wears a bunch of other hats. Between Excalibur, Nigel, Taz, Kevin Kelly, and Riccaboni, the should be able to cover the 4 shows. Let Tony be the "fill in" guy.
I prefer just about anyone to Tony honestly. I don't mind Kevin Kelly. I think Riccaboni should do play by play on Collision and ROH. Let Excalibur do it on Dynamite and Rampage. They can arrange Taz, Nigel, and Kelly however they like doing color, with Tony as the backup.Totally agree on Riccaboni. I could do without Kevin Kelly for several reasons. Just read that! Wow! Huge!Wouldn't have called that.
Netflix to become new home of WWE Raw beginning 2025 | WWE
Linear cable is a shambling corpse at this point. Even Spectrum and Xfinity are moving away from it. They are stopping distribution of cable boxes and moving to Xumo (a set top box) that uses their app.Probably puts their product even further from me to be honest, but, I am interested for what it means for other sports/properties moving forward.
Netflix/Apple/Amazon all have some rather large cash piles ready and waiting.

The big broadcast networks (ABC/NBC/CBS/FOX) will likely stay. Cable channels like USA and TNT will move content to the apps eventually I would think.Oh for sure, fiber and 5G was the final nail in it. Once those are fully built out, it will cease to exist for all but some rare instances.
I'm more wondering if they abandon broadcast 'channels' eventually (I may be off on the terminology) or if they maintain something like USA/Fox in addition to a stand alone streaming service.
I guess I answered my own question since Smackdown goes to USA in the fall, so maybe for now they'll split the difference and see how things end up.
I have Spectrum for internet and cell phone.Yeah, i was very hopeful they'd go ahead and get AEW and Max together last year when that was swirling around.
If LCUB would get moving I'd have already cut it, and the only reason I even deal with Comcast is just for broadband...
