I already know. Sick person I am, I thrive in this. 360 mind going in different directions. I stepped away from it last year for reasons 🙄, but one of my old bosses reached out to me to fix this mess. I’m working on it. I won’t go into because I’m sure you’ve faced it before. I’ll pay for UBER. 😀

The help I gave was just help. She was short several people and asked me because she needed help badly. Was funny though.

She doesn't know anything about my past experience. She asked me to break a 15 dz case of eggs. So I put the case on my left, a large mixing bowl on my right with the edge sticking over the edge of the table with a slim Jim under the edge of the mixing bowl. You know the set up.

I was grabbing an egg with my left hand, passing it to my right and cracking the egg in the bowl and dropping the shell in the trash can.

She walked by and saw the bowl move as I cracked the egg and she pushed the bowls back further on the table. Lulz. I kept my mouth shut.

Ah, another that can crack an egg with one hand and keep moving without making a mess. I’m sure you had a waste can to your right. Everyone is different. I keep the flats to my left, right hand breaks while the left moves them (as you described).
