Agreed. I'm actually surprised this isn't already done. And I think the original goal was $250k to match the "fine" from the SEC. A little disappointed that it's only $80k but I think a lot of UT fans don't know about it because it hasn't gotten any publicity...

I don’t listen to local sports talk shows on the radio. I’d think calls to Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Nashville shows explaining the purpose, goal, and beneficiary (well written on the Go Fund Me) would generate interest. Also, I didn’t hear anything on the Vol Network on Saturday.

I’m disappointed VolNation couldn’t get it done. Honestly that’s pretty sad.

Why is that? There have been zero CV admissions in over a week and not a single pediatric death in the entire area since the start of the pandemic.

Choice of vaccinating children and donating money to a great cause are completely unrelated.
