To certain prospects (such as Jordan Seaton), his lack of professionalism can be seen as "keeping it real." It will turn away more players than it will attract, however.Prime was a train-wreck in progress when he got hired. He's all showmanship. He is certainly not a CEO (which is a HC's job) of a program.

They’re 16th… so Utah (now in the Big XII is ranked above them. And Oklahoma is 17th.
But, it’s a dumb poll made to push sales and it’s a really bad realistic poll
It isn’t sustainable. We saw the hot streak at the beginning of the season and the resulting give-up when there was some adversity. Culture and character stems from the HC and he benched his coordinators before the end of the season. Watching your back takes away from developing your players. Musical coaching staffs to go with 50% roster overhaul year after year? Not sustainable.I think the schtick will wear off, if it hasn't already, especially if they put together another stinker year.
Some say this about Tony Vitello. To certain prospects (such as Jordan Seaton), his lack of professionalism can be seen as "keeping it real." It will turn away more players than it will attract, however.
No one accuses this of Tony Vitello.I don’t see how keeping it real works without humility. I wouldn’t put my future in the hands of someone that only points fingers. Someone would have to be desperate to commit to that.
