Colorado has 5star talent at QB and WR. They will score points.
Their run defense was awful and I don't see a reason to believe it is much improved. Their featured defenders appear small. Reminds me of the Dooley, Butch, Pruitt defenses. They can be run over.
6-6 seems about right.
I am looking at the reloaded BigXII. Without TX and OK, 2 or 3 teams will rise higher in the polls than usual. I think they are a fairly comparable football conference to the ACC at this moment.
Arizona
Cincinnati (should be much improved this season)
Iowa St - they go from average to dangerous from yr to yr
Kansas - rising
Kansas St
OK St
TCU (should be improved)
Texas Tech
Utah
WVa
Plenty of decent teams that are getting better.
They aren't going to be favored in 6 games.
North Dakota State, CU MAY be favored, I consider it a push. Absolute showcase for a team playing against a bunch of players.
Nebraska will be improved, and if the game was later in the season I would favor them, but give it CU at this moment.
Colorado State should be CU, but CSU gave them more than they wanted last year.
Baylor is pretty bad, so probably CU if they are undefeated at that point.
UCF got better as the season went on and will likely be favored.
KSU will demolish them.
Not sure about Arizona but what's left should be able to win against CU.
Cincinnati may be a push but Deon needs to show his team can actually play later in the season.
T. Tech should win.
Utah, lol.
Kansas, I think they have their QB back, should be completive at least.
Ok St, lol.
If the media isn't creating another Cinderella team storyline this year I doubt Colorado is going to be favored much
