You know what...It's occurred to me that you are right.You do realize that recruiting coordinator is more than just a title don't you ? It's an actual job and a pretty self explanatory one at that. The coordinator doesn't have to be the best closer on the staff.
So you want to mess with the system in place and put the coordinators job and responsibilities on top of Thigpen instead of having him constantly in living rooms doing what he does best ? Has it even occurred to you that Thig may like the set up as it is ? Not saying that's a certainty but it's often the case with closers on staffs.
Like I said, pay him his worth and let the system in place ride. If it ain't broke don't fix it. JMO
