Sorry joe, I’ve been distracted or me being me. What new job are you talking about or am I going to look like a dumbas* for asking, or let me save face by going with distracted?

I got a maintenance offer from someone we know at Johnson and Johnson. I've posted some about it occasionally, it's a long process getting hired on full time. Idk about worldwide, but the one here, you usually have to work for them as a temp for two years before they consider you for full time. I'll have to go back to night shift, but it's the same schedule I have now, 3 days one week, and 4 the next. That said, it's pretty much constant overtime if you want it. The benefits, and bonuses are amazing, my bonus percentage will start higher than what it is after all the years I've been with my company now. Not to mention the sweet sign on bonus!

She wants me out of the dust. My only concern has been her health, or if she's in the hospital. The kids can stay with her sis worse case. I start out with 3 weeks paid vacation, one week paid personal time, and a week paid sick time. It's actually beneficial if I do use any, my job now doesn't pay for any time off. We get a "vacation check" once a year that's supposed to be for our time off we take.

Of course I’m not in your situation, but the once a year ‘vacation check’ would be a big decided point with me. By reading, it sounds like you’re excited and a big jump. If there’s anything an old woman knows, that’s by taken plenty of steps and non steps, it’ll feel right if G_D wants you to. That’s the road map.

Sweet. Put in a good word for me.

Definitely sounds like an overall improvement. Starting out with paid time off if you need to take off because of Tiffany is worth everything.

This seems huge from where I'm sitting. Always a blessing to see God work in others' lives that trust in him.
